For Referring Vets

At Horizon Palliative Vets, we understand that sometimes you are not able to provide the in-home care some patients and clients require. We are here to help. At Horizon, we can offer the specialised care your clients need in those difficult times. Our team will work alongside yours to provide support to pets and their owners in the last stages of their lives.

We do not run diagnostic tests or perform procedures. Patients that need further diagnostics or specific procedures would then be referred back to you.
